A 2 year lease on a 2012 Mazda6, approximate MSRP is $22,475. Prize will consist of fully subsidized payments for the term of the 24 month lease. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on the prize. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all title, registration, dealer preparation, insurance, vehicle upgrades, and other fees associated with the lease of the automobile. Winner will be responsible for excess mileage greater than 10,000 miles for 12 months/20,000 miles for 24 months at a cost of .15 cents a mile and will assume vehicle damage responsibility. Winner will be responsible for $300 disposition fee which will apply at lease end. Winner must possess a valid drivers license and show proof of automobile liability insurance prior to taking possession of the prize.
Winner must apply and be approved for a Mazda credit lease through Mazda Capital. If for any reason the winner does not qualify for the 24 month lease, the winner will be awarded a cash value of $10,094. Cash option is only available to a winner who does not qualify for the 24 month lease. if winner qualifies for the 24 month lease, the cash option will not be made available to the winner. Vehicle options/color already pre-determined by Montrose Mazda and Clear Channel. No substitutions.
