(Akron) - Sentencing for Ferris Kleem is being delayed until January 11th.
The 52 year old contractor who gave Jimmy Dimora and Frank Russo about $30,000 in bribes was to learn his fate this week, but U.S. District Judge John Adams delayed sentencing and did not explain why.
Kleem will remain free because he cooperated with the prosecution in its investigation into Cuyahoga County corruption, and provided key testimony against Dimora.
