Gino Tamburro last seen Tuesday.
(Chardon) - A cousin of missing Chardon teen Gino Tamburro calls his disappearance out of character.
Geauga County Sheriff Deputies are looking for the 17-year-old boy who was last seen Tuesday.
Cousin Catrera Dean tells Newsradio WTAM 1100 that Gino was supposed to walk from his father's mobile home to his mother's mobile home Tuesday at 6 p.m. He never made it, despite them being located close together.
Gino left behind his wallet, cellphone, and ipod. There did not appear to be any problems at all.
Dean says it's out of character because Gino is responsible boy who mostly socializes with family. She says they've put up flyers and the sheriff's deputies have used dogs and even a helicopter to search.
Gino is 5'7," 200 lbs with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing gray tennis shoes, jeans and a black and gold Pittsburgh Steelers jacket.
If anyone has any information on Gino's whereabouts, call the sheriff's office at 440-279-2009.
