Man found shot to death on Hilgert Avenue Tuesday.
(Cleveland) - Cleveland has its first homicide of 2013 as detectives investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of 42-year-old Nathan Brown.
At 2:48 a.m. Tuesday, Police Dispatch received a call for shots fired at 10101 Hilgert Avenue.

Fourth District Officers found Brown unresponsive victim with gunshot wounds to the torso lying on the front porch. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation reveals that person or persons unknown kicked in Brown's front door and shot the victim. Fourth District Officers toured the area for suspect with negative results.
Identification was made Wednesday morning by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office.
