Willoughby Police looking for Antonio Armstrong

He is charged with felonious assault on a police officer.

(Willoughby)- The Willoughby Police Department and Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force are offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of Antonio L. Armstrong.

Armstrong is wanted by the United States Marshal Service and the Willoughby Police Department, charged with felonious assault on a police officer, fleeing, and obstructing official business.

Armstrong, operating a 1999 Dodge Caravan, was pulled over at 1:20 A.M., on January 07, 2013, by the Willoughby Police Department.

After providing the officer with false information, Armstrong struck the police cruiser with the van and fled the scene.

Armstrong led police on a chase on Interstate 90 that ended when he crashed into a utility pole in the East 185th Street area.

Armstrong was not located after the crash. Armstrong is a 27]year]old black male, approximately 6 foot tall, and 200 pounds.

He has black hair and brown eyes. Armstrong is believed to be hiding in the Collinwood area of Cleveland.
