Update:  Police found both of the girls, and they appear to be unharmed.  Ashley Mills has been arrested for kidnapping.

(Cleveland) – Cleveland police are seeking the public’s help in locating 20 year old Ashley Mills who took her one year old niece, Nevaeh Mills on Tuesday and did not return.

Ashley Mills took the child at approximately 3:00pm Tuesday from 3549 West 49th Street for a walk and did not return.

The family has reported that they do not believe that the child is in danger, but seek her safe return. Police stress that this is not an Amber Alert.
