(Cleveland)- An endangered missing adult alert for Letitia Tolbert has been cancelled.

She was found safe this morning and is now in the care of her family.

An alert was issued for the 66 years old in the early morning hours when it was reported she was last seen in Cleveland on January 18 at 10am wearing her Dave’s Supermarket uniform. She also had on a black skull cap with Dave's on it, dark gray coat, khaki pants, red golf shirt with Dave's Supermarket on it and rings on her fingers.

She suffers from dementia and is diabetic. Tolbert takes insulin.
