Quiet street scene of fatal shooting Tuesday night.
(Rocky River) - Rocky River Police are investigating a double shooting Tuesday night on Westway Drive near Wagar Road which resulted in one death.
Police say two men were shot at the home at 20879 Westway about 10:00 PM Tuesday on the normally quiet street.
Rocky River Police Lt. Larry Stalter says a vehicle sped away from the scene which was likely carrying the shooter.
The vehicle was an older, dark four door sedan with a front bumper which may have been tan in color. The make and model is unknown.
The deceased is identified 39-year-old Michael D. MacGillis, Jr. A 43-year-old man, who had multiple gunshot wounds, has not been identified.
Police are releasing few other details.
