The rally was held at 5pm outside the Second District Police Station on Fulton Road.

He's also calling on Clevelanders to do more to prevent crime and violence, so police don't have to be called in the first place.

About one hundred citizens, former and current police officers attended the rally. All said Cleveland law enforcers are getting a bad rap, and that critics should wait and weigh the facts before forming opinions about what happened.
