Chardon shooting suspect ordered additonal testing from trial judge.
(Chardon) - Geauga County Judge David Fuhry has ordered a psychiatric evaluation for 18 year old T.J. Lane to determine whether the accused Chardon High School shooter is competent to stand trial.
Lane was ruled competent by a Geauga County Juvenile Court judge last year following an assessment from a Cleveland psychiatrist.
Judge Fuhry has ordered Lane undergo another evaluation, this time by a diagnostic clinic in Akron.
Lane is charged with three counts of aggravated murder in the case. He's accused of killing 16 year old Demetrious Hewlin, 16 year old Danny Parmertor and 17 year old Russell King in the school cafeteria.
