(Chardon)  - A concert, memorial walk and service activities are among the plans to commemorate the first anniversary of the shooting at Chardon High School that killed three students.

A carefully planned agenda has been arranged to recognize the anniversary at the northeast Ohio school on Feb. 27.

Plans include a choir and band concert the night before. On the anniversary, there will be a memorial walk and candlelight vigil.

Students will participate in service activities, including making blankets for Project Linus, a non-profit organization that provides them to ill or traumatized children.

Prosecutors say 17-year-old T.J. Lane fired 10 shots at a group of students in the cafeteria. A judge has ordered a psychiatric evaluation to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

The schedule of events on Feb. 27 include:

7:30 a.m. -- Day of service at Chardon High School

12:20 p.m. -- Students, staff and first responders walk to Chardon Square

12:35 p.m. -- "Gathering for Rememberance and Renewal" on Chardon Square

6:30 p.m. -- Candlelight vigil on Chardon Square

7:00 p.m. -- Memorial Concert at Park Auditiroum

7:30 p.m. -- Chardon youth ministry group Crave releases lanterns on the high school grounds
