First grader claims he was threatened by a student.

(Avon) - Avon Police say they were called to a grade school to talk to a first grader who brought an air-soft BB gun to school.

The child told officers that another student at Avon East Elementary School threatened him and his cousin.

He brought the airsoft gun to school in his backpack and showed it to the other child. Charges were not filed but the boy has been suspended.
