Indictment in Rocky River drug killing

Donovan Owens claims it was self-defense.

(Cleveland) - A murder indictment has been handed up against 21 year old Donovan Owens.

The Cleveland man is accused of shooting two men in Rocky River during a drug deal on Westway in January. Killed was 39 year old Michael MacGillis. Forty-three year old andrew Geraci was wounded.

Owens is charged with involuntary manslaughter. His attorny claims it's a case of self defense, and that MacGillis came at Owens with a knife.
