31 year old motorist pulled over by Troopers.

(Cuyahoga) - A Cleveland man is facing felony drug charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized one ounce of crack cocaine, worth approximately $3,000 following a traffic stop in Cuyahoga County.

Troopers stopped a 1997 Ford Thunderbird, with Ohio registration, for an improper lane change violation in the city of Cleveland at 7:53 p.m. on March 6.

During interaction with the driver, troopers observed marijuana residue in plain view. A probable cause search of the suspect revealed an ounce of crack cocaine on his person.

The driver, Willis J. Bell, 31, was incarcerated in the Cleveland City Jail, and charged with possession of crack cocaine and aggravated drug trafficking, both first-degree felonies.

If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $40,000 fine.
